Julia’s 2/17/14 Food Diary

On the road again! Like most of my days it started off good but ended poorly. One of these days I’m going to mix it up for this blog and have a freaking cake for breakfast and a salad with lemon water for dinner 🙂 here’s the rundown!

Breakfast
Egg white omelet with salsa, a sprinkle of cheese and coffee

Lunch
1 pack of gushers on the plane and water

Dinner
Gino’s East – 1/2 of a “small” (their terms, not mine) Chicago deep dish pepperoni pizza and a few beers

Exercise
I had some time before my flight this morning so I actually worked out when I woke up!! My ass and thighs were killing me from the last few workouts so I decided to work on the top half of my body this 40 min fitness blender arm, chest, back and shoulder workout to balance things out http://youtu.be/j7HnFtNmDl4
