Julia’s 2/18/14 Food Diary

So today was a bit better! Food wise anyway. A few too carbs but thankfully I got my walk on today between work meetings to explore the city so hopefully that helped!

Breakfast
1/2 scrambled egg, bacon, tomato sandwich on multigrain toast with water and fruit

Lunch
1 salad with 1 bowl of vegetable soup

Dinner
Lauren suggested I go to RPM for dinner (Giuliana Rancic’s restaurant) and I’m so glad I did! It was delicious! I had fried olives as an app with wine and I had pappardelle bolognese as my entree

Dessert
None

Exercise
I think I power walked about 5 miles in the city so that counts for me today!
